David Stenson - Executive Sales Manager
Establishing his own company 30 years ago, David Stenson has over 35 years experience in training as an instructor and director of ALT UK Driver Training Ltd. With his wealth of experience in instruction and management he is the ideal person to answer your questions regarding training requirements.
David is the coordinator for all your forklift truck training needs; an honest and approachable person, he will tailor the training we deliver to your workforce. He can fit your requirements around your busy work schedule and environment to minimize disruption and down-time.

Harrison Morgan - Develpoment Manager & Trainer
Joining ALT UK Driver Training Ltd in 2015, Harrison Morgan spent 6 years as a full time trainer providing training for companies such as Aldi, Tate & Lyle and Colchester Zoo as well as 100's of other companies within the East Anglia and London area.
In 2021 Harrison took a more senior role in the office, working with companies to come up with training that suited there individual needs and requirements, helping to find what your company needs when it comes to training. The son of David Stenson, we are a family run business looking to provide companies with the best training around.
Harrison is our very own NPORS trainer provider.
Rebecca Ray - Trainer
Beccy has been working at ALT for a couple of years now after working in education for over 10. She enjoys working on site, meeting new people and enabling the candidates to use their machinery safely and effectively.
Beccy says "she never knew she would enjoy driving and teaching people about trucks so much! Every day is different and it's never dull."
In her free time Beccy volunteers at her local cricket club to help with fundrasing.
Beccy is trained to teach on - PPT's, MEWP scissor lifts, MEWP cherry pickers, counterbalance trucks, reach trucks and telehandlers.
Olivia King - Trainer
Liv has worked for ALT for just over a year now. She started after a career change in Caring. In Liv's free time you will find her with her dog Sully or in biker chick mode on her motorbike. Liv says what she loves most about working at ALT is the variety of different places she visits and people she gets to work with.
Liv is trained to teach on - PPT's, MEWP scissor lifts, MEWP cherry pickers, counterbalance trucks and reach trucks.
She is also first aid at work trained as well as paediatric first aid trained.
Tom Sandford - Trainer
Tom is trained on - PPT's, MEWP scissor lifts, MEWP cherry pickers, Counterbalance trucks, Reach trucks, Telehandlers, Excavators, Dumpers, Abrasive Wheel, Slinger Signallers, Loading Shovel, ATV Quads, Lorry Loaders, Chainsaw, Working at heights.
Hayley Orwell - Office Manager
Hayley started working for ALT a little over a year ago. Office based she'll be able to help with pre-training queries, after-training queries, bookings, accounts, certificates and much more.
Hayley works Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is contactable at hayley@alttraining.co.uk
Emma Rock - Workplace Wellbeing Trainer
Emma retrained as a psychotherapist following on from a career in luxury retail management and PR. For the last 7 years Emma's focus has been in workplace mental health. Her passion is to enable and support organisations to create psychologically safe work spaces and encourage compassionate leadership.

Pip Smith - Trainer
Pip joined us towards the end of 2024 to start her Forlift Truck training career. She previously worked in primary school teaching. She has had such postive feedback in this short time.
Pip is trained on Counterbalance Forklift Trucks, and we plan to expand this in the near future.
